For organisations, foundations and charities
Your Voice Matters is a 12-week group singing program for organisations supporting women and girls after abuse. It creates gentle, trauma-aware spaces for courage, expression, belonging, hope, fun and joy.

How we work
We work alongside organisations and their existing safeguarding, care and community knowledge. Participants are never defined by abuse. Their dignity, agency, culture and voice are honoured at every step.
Online delivery allows Carolyn to teach across countries while local facilitators provide cultural understanding, language and trusted support within the room.
Inside the 12-week program
The program combines online singing teaching with the trusted presence of local facilitators, translation where needed and space for participants to learn, sing, reflect and connect.
Accessible vocal technique, vocal health and preparation materials.
A weekly one-hour online group session supported by the local team.
Songs chosen to encourage hope, expression, enjoyment and connection.
Gentle discussion, worksheets, practice and room for every voice.
Meeting the group, discovering the voice and building a gentle foundation.
Growing technique, understanding songs and exploring meaningful expression.
Using the voice with increasing courage while singing and learning together.
Recognising growth, celebrating each voice and considering what comes next.

Your Voice Matters Facilitator Training
Facilitator Training prepares women to support the 12-week program within an organisation or community setting. The wider vision is to equip women across different countries and languages to carry singing-based connection and greater mental wellbeing into their own communities.
A distinct pathway: Your Voice Matters Facilitator Training is separate from Voice Up Singing Teacher Training. A woman may choose either pathway; one is not required before the other.
